Responsibilities

: As an AT &T Representative, you will be a professional and honest representative of AT&T's goods and services. This hands-on sales role involves:

• Engage with potential and existing customers in conversation to establish rapport and pique their interest.
• Provide specialized solutions according to the requirements of each customer.
• Inform customers about the newest TV, internet, and wireless services offered by AT&T.
• Help with service inquiries, account setup, and upgrades, ensuring a smooth sales process.
• Monitor sales activity and follow up with customers to make sure they're satisfied.

Qualifications

: We are looking for an AT &T Representative who is:

• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills.
