Responsibilities * Identify and generate new business opportunities through proactive outreach and lead generation. * Develop and maintain relationships with commercial clients to understand their needs and provide tailored pest management solutions. * Present and demonstrate company services to prospective clients in an outside sales environment. * Negotiate and close new commercial contracts to achieve sales targets. * Develop and manage a daily schedule of sales activities, utilizing both creative sources and qualified leads. * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and service delivery for new clients. * Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with industry best practices. Qualifications * 2-3 years of outside B2B sales experience, preferably in the pest control industry. * Proven track record of success in new business development and closing sales. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence decision makers at multiple organizational levels. * Self-motivated, driven, and able to thrive in a fast-changing environment. * Professional appearance and demeanor.
