What You 'll Be Doing * Build and manage relationships with commercial and residential clients * Proactively generate leads through outreach and follow-ups * Conduct discovery calls to understand vision, budget, and goals * Present customized holiday decor solutions * Prepare and deliver professional proposals * Close contracts and manage the full sales lifecycle * Collaborate with design and operations teams to ensure a seamless client experience We have a rigorous process for hiring, but move fast for the right person.
