We are located in sugar land, TX and help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including: Auto insurance Home insurance Disability Insurance Life insurance Retirement planning Position Overview Do you have aspirations to help and service your community? If so, you may want to consider working in the office of Forrest Cobb - State Farm Agent. As a customer service/sales representative you have an opportunity to experience first-hand what it takes to be a positive center of influence in your community. You will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote State Farm products including auto, home and life insurance. This position will allow you to experience working in an agent's office that focuses on putting the customer first. Responsibilities Schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and service clientele. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients by offering personalized insurance products. Qualifications: * Proven experience in service/sales, preferably in insurance or related fields. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills. * Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. * Ability to build trust and rapport with clients. * Knowledge of Auto, Home, and Life insurance products is a plus.
