Braman Miami is actively looking to add a MINI Sales Advisors to our growing team! As a MINI Sales Advisor, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling vehicles, providing excellent customer service, and contributing to the overall success of our dealership. Primary Responsibilities Include but are not limited to: * Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers. * Provide information on MINI models, features, and benefits to assist customers in their purchasing decisions. * Build and maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and follow-up. * Meet and exceed sales targets and objectives. * Stay updated on MINI product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings. * Collaborate with the finance department to facilitate smooth and efficient vehicle financing processes. * Assist customers with test drives and answer inquiries about vehicle specifications. * Participate in promotional events and marketing activities to increase brand awareness. Skills & Qualifications: * Proven experience in Automotive Sales; 2 years of Sales Experience. * Understanding of MINI brand values and product offerings is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a track record of achieving sales targets. * Customer-focused with a passion for delivering exceptional service. * Valid driver's license and a clean driving record. * Bilingual in English and Spanish is a Must.
