Sales Representative - Miami (Field Sales | Hemp & Cannabis Wellness)Overview We're a fun, fast-growing HEMP cannabis company on a mission to revolutionize socializing without alcohol. Our products are designed to create Adaptaphoria -- a feel-good, social, clear-headed experience powered by hemp-derived cannabinoids and adaptogens. We're looking for an energetic, people-loving Sales Representative to grow our presence in local Miami retail stores. This is a boots-on-the-ground role focused on cold calling, in-store visits, and relationship building. If you love cannabis culture, wellness, and talking to people all day -- this is for you. This role offers minimum wage base pay plus commissions on all residual sales , meaning the accounts you close keep paying you. What You 'll Be Doing * Cold call and visit local Miami stores (smoke shops, wellness stores, cafes, lifestyle retailers, restaurants.) * Pitch a new way to socialize -- hemp-powered, alcohol-free, feel-good products * Educate store owners and staff on Adaptaphoria , product benefits, and use cases * Build long-term relationships that drive recurring (residual) revenue * Learn and stay fluent in compliance regulations for each market you sell in (we train you) * Confidently conduct in-store product demos and tastings (where legal) * Manage your territory strategically to maximize coverage and sales * Negotiate placements, pricing, and reorders with confidence * Track visits, leads, and accounts using CRM software (Hubspot or similar) * Upsell new SKUs, flavors, and product drops to existing accounts * Be a brand ambassador -- bringing good vibes, education, and authenticity everywhere you go * Share feedback from the field to help shape future products and campaigns What We 're Looking For * Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or local market sales (cold calling required) * Comfort walking into stores, starting conversations, and handling objections * Interest in hemp, cannabis wellness, adaptogens, or alcohol alternatives * Willingness to learn and confidently explain compliance rules by market * Strong communication and people skills -- you love connecting with others * Experience with CRM tools like Hubspot or others is a plus * Self-starter who thrives working independently in the field * Retail, beverage, cannabis, or wellness sales experience is a bonus -- not required * Motivated by commission and residual income , not just hourly pay Compensation & Perks * Minimum wage base pay * Commissions on all residual sales (uncapped earning potential) * Get paid long after the deal is closed * Training on products, compliance, and sales strategy * Work with a brand that's changing how people socialize * Laid-back culture, high energy, and room to grow as we scale Why You 'll Love It Here You're not just selling a product -- you're selling a movement : -Less alcohol -Better vibes -Real connection Adaptaphoria, not hangovers If you're outgoing, motivated, and excited about cannabis wellness and alcohol alternatives, we want you on the team.
