This is a high-impact, high-responsibility role for someone hungry enough to build a sales engine from the ground up and step into a brand-defining position. For the first 6 months minimum , the role will be fully on-site so you can learn directly from the people building this company. You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and key executives -- gaining firsthand knowledge, mastering our products, and understanding the strategy behind every move we make. As we scale, you will become one of the recognizable faces of Power Dental -- representing the brand with confidence, clarity, and elite-level professionalism. What You 'll Do * Build and own a high-performing sales pipeline from outreach to close * Conduct impactful product demos and clearly communicate the value of our patented instruments * Meet with clinicians, distributors, buyers, and key decision-makers * Work directly with the CEO and executive team to refine messaging, strategy, and targeting, as well as learn first-hand the ins-and-outs of the dental industry * Manage CRM workflows, quotes, follow-ups, forecasting, and performance metrics * Travel for major sales opportunities, events, and customer engagements * Serve as a polished, trusted brand ambassador for Power Dental * Drive revenue, exceed targets, and help build the foundation of our future sales organization Who You Are You're wired differently -- confident, sharp, reliable, and relentless.
