Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and the ability to build strong relationships with clients. This role involves both outside and inside sales, with a focus on B2B interactions. The Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, managing client accounts, and effectively negotiating contracts to meet sales targets. Duties * Conduct outside and inside sales activities to generate leads and close deals. * Perform cold calling to prospective clients to introduce our products and services. * Analyze market trends and customer needs to develop effective sales strategies. * Negotiate terms of sales agreements with clients to maximize profitability. * Manage existing client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop targeted marketing campaigns. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions using our software tools. * Provide feedback on product performance and market conditions to help refine our offerings. Requirements * Proven experience in outside sales, inside sales, or a related field. * Strong skills in cold calling and lead generation techniques. * Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals successfully. * Experience in B2B sales is highly desirable. * Proficient in analyzing market data and trends to inform sales strategies. * Familiarity with sales management software is a plus. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. * Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve results.
