As a Used Car Buyer/Trade-In Specialist , you are responsible for following up with leads and creating valuable guest experience for customers wanting to sell or trade in their vehicles. What you'll be working on: * Reaching out to customers who have expressed interest in selling or trading in their vehicle * Following up on inbound leads through phone, email, or text to gather vehicle info and set appointments * Communicating regularly with customers to understand their needs and offer a competitive, fair-value deal * Logging outreach and customer status updates in the CRM system * Partnering with General Managers and Used Car Managers to understand inventory needs and source accordingly * Occasionally attending car auctions to scout vehicle opportunities and support store-level buying goals What you need to bring to the table: * 2-5 years of customer service, retail, or sales experience * Strong communication skills--both in person and over the phone * Confidence in negotiating and guiding customers through the vehicle trade-in or selling process * Ability to stay organized, follow up consistently, and work independently * Valid driver's license and clean driving record Salary: $36,000-$150,000/annually * Pay is based on applicable experience and skills. This job is eligible for commissions based on individual sales metrics.
