We are seeking a Medical Device Sales Representative who is ready to put in the effort to build a strong network of Primary Care Providers (PCPs) and introduce an innovative AI-powered retinal imaging solution that enables early detection of diabetic retinopathy and other retinal diseases. This is a ground-floor opportunity with long-term career potential, including stock options and future leadership opportunities as we expand across the U.S. What You 'll Do:
- Build relationships with independently owned primary care practices across Dallas
- Prospect, qualify, and schedule meetings with PCPs to introduce a cutting-edge, non-invasive diagnostic camera
- Conduct high-volume outbound sales activity to grow territory adoption and build a sales pipeline
- Support Account Executives with lunch-and-learns and product demos
- Keep accurate records in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Stay up to date on diabetic retinopathy, market trends, and our product's clinical value
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly activity and sales goals

Qualifications
:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, healthcare, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or outbound prospecting
- Healthcare or medical device background is a plus , but not required
- Valid driver's license and daily reliable transportation (field-based role with local travel)
- Must be based in or able to relocate to the Dallas area Why Join Us?
