Job Summary Field Sales Consultant - Residential Energy Solutions Location: San Jose, CA (and surrounding residential areas) Type: Full-Time | In-Person Compensation: $90,000-$205,000 (commission only - uncapped) About the Role We're hiring motivated Field Sales Consultants to represent residential energy solutions directly to homeowners. This is a performance-driven role designed for individuals who want strong earnings, hands-on training, and clear advancement opportunities.
