Compensation

: $90,000-$205,000 (commission only - uncapped)

We're hiring motivated Field Sales Consultants to represent residential energy solutions directly to homeowners. • Engage homeowners through direct outreach in assigned neighborhoods
• Educate customers on residential energy solutions and financing options
• Conduct consultations and close sales
• Manage your pipeline from first conversation through signed agreement
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching

• Previous sales or commission-based experience preferred (not required)
