Qualifications: * Minimum of 3 years' experience in automotive sales, with a strong preference for high-line or ultra-luxury vehicle clientele. * Proven ability to achieve and surpass individual performance targets in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. * Polished, professional presence with elevated communication skills and a natural ability to build rapport. * A passion for luxury automobiles and the lifestyle they represent. * Valid driver's license with the ability to operate both standard and automatic transmissions. Physical Requirements: * Ability to stand, walk, and drive vehicles for extended periods of time. * Flexibility to work a full-time schedule (Monday through Saturday, 45-55 hours per week).
