*Respiratory Clinical Specialist - Bay Area, California Overview A leading medical device company is seeking a Clinical Specialist to support its airway and respiratory product lines throughout Northern California. This role works closely with the sales team to provide clinical expertise, product demonstrations, and case support in hospitals and healthcare systems. Responsibilities * Deliver technical and clinical support during customer appointments, product evaluations, and demonstrations. * Assist physicians and clinical teams during procedures; provide guidance on workflows and product applications. * Develop and maintain strong relationships with hospital staff to ensure proper product use and inventory management. * Stay informed on market trends and competitive products; participate in workshops, labs, and trade shows. * Collaborate with the sales team to drive regional revenue through customer engagement and product education. * Actively assist in selling medical devices, not just provide support. Qualifications * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. * Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or industry setting; respiratory therapy or airway management/bronchoscopy experience preferred. * Strong clinical and technical knowledge of respiratory and airway devices. * Must reside in Northern California, specifically the San Francisco Bay Area. * Valid driver's license and ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements. * Willingness to travel frequently: daily within the territory, 4-6 nights per month, and up to 80% overnight in the broader region as needed. * Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. *Compensation & Benefits * Base Salary: $80,000-$100,000 * Bonus: approximately $10,000 (based on quota attainment) * Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, life insurance, $650/month car allowance, corporate credit card and gas card, and 401(k) match * Professional development and tuition reimbursement opportunities * Employee engagement and team-building programs
