Alternative Business Financing (MCA / SBA / Term Loans) LEADS PROVIDED | SAME-DAY SUBMISSIONS | HIGH COMMISSIONS About the Role We are actively seeking elite, commission-only sales closers to join our funding team. This is not a cold-start role -- we provide high-intent, same-day leads with completed applications. Your sole responsibility is to connect, control the conversation, and close. If you know how to sell over the phone, build instant rapport, and move deals to funding, this is a high-earning opportunity with no cap on income. Compensation * Commission-only * $4,000 - $50,000+ per month (top performers exceed this) * Paid on applications submitted + deals funded * Fast funding cycles = fast commissions If you need a base salary, this role is not for you. What Makes This Different * Best leads in the industry (high-intent, same-day submissions) * No prospecting required -- you focus on closing * Multiple funding products (MCA, SBA, Term Loans, LOCs) * Strong backend support & lender access * Clear expectations, real opportunity Who We're Looking For You are a true closer , not an order taker. * Confident on the phone and not afraid to dial * Able to control conversations , overcome objections, and ask for the close * Understand urgency, follow-up, and deal momentum * Motivated by performance and income -- not hourly pay * Coachable, sharp, and quick to learn Qualifications * Sales experience in finance, MCA, loans, call center, or high-volume phone sales * Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills * Self-directed, disciplined, and accountable * Comfortable working commission-only * CRM experience (tracking leads, notes, follow-ups) * Familiarity with financial terminology preferred * Associate's degree preferred, not required Responsibilities * Contact inbound leads and close funding deals * Identify client needs and recommend appropriate financing solutions * Negotiate terms and move deals to submission/funding * Maintain accurate CRM records and follow-ups * Deliver a high-level client experience from first call to funding * Collaborate with management to optimize close rates Skills That Win Here * Strong math and financial comprehension * Objection handling & closing ability * Excellent customer service * Organized, self-starting, and focused * Fast learner with a problem-solving mindset * Proven outbound or inbound sales performance Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,686.89 - $350,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
