Sales Representative We are a growing commercial cleaning company providing services throughout the entire state of Florida. With recent investments in new equipment and infrastructure, we are expanding and looking for a motivated Sales Professional to take an active role in leading and growing our sales department. This is an in-person position based at our office in Winter Garden, FL. Schedule: * Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm Compensation: * $36,000 per year base salary + Commission structure * Payment every 7th and 22nd of the month. (via direct deposit) Payment organization: * Days worked between 1 and 15 paid every day 22 * Days worked between the 16th and the last day of the month paid every 7th Responsibilities: * Generate and follow up on sales leads * Develop new client relationships across Florida * Manage and grow the sales pipeline * Work closely with management to improve sales strategies * Represent the company professionally in meetings and presentations * Help structure and strengthen the sales department Requirements: * Previous experience in sales (B2B experience is a plus) * Strong communication and negotiation skills * Self-motivated and goal-oriented mindset * Ability to work independently and take ownership of results * Professional, organized, and reliable Job Types: Full-time, Contract Pay: $36,000.00 per year Language: * English (Preferred) * Spanish (Preferred) Shift availability: * Day Shift (Required) Work Location: In person
