Job Overview We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our customer base within a designated territory. Your primary focus will be on building relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet those needs. This position requires a blend of technical knowledge and exceptional customer service skills to effectively promote our products and services. Duties * Prospecting for new business opportunities on job sites and in offices, in person and via phone, is paramount. * Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape. * Utilize sales software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data. * Provide technical sales support by understanding product specifications and demonstrating product features. * Collaborate with inside sales teams to ensure seamless communication and support for client needs. * Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and following up on client satisfaction. * Prepare and present sales proposals tailored to the specific needs of clients. * Meet or exceed monthly sales targets through effective territory management and strategic planning. * Sales Associates primary role is to develop new business opportunities with the guidance of the Outside Sales Representatives and Sales Manager. * Assist with maintaining Cresco's level of service with existing accounts. * Sales Associates will learn all aspects of Cresco's sales model, while mentoring under our outside sales team. Sales associates will work towards enhancing customer relationships, while continually assessing customer's needs. Locations: Fairfield, Oakland, San Francisco, Santa Clara, and San Jose. Skills * Recent Outside Sales Experience Required * Excellent telephone skills, computer knowledge, and a working knowledge of our CRM database * A working knowledge of our rental fleet and pricing structure * Having knowledge of Cresco's store operations is beneficial * Understanding market trends - supply and demand market pricing * High energy level, comfortable performing multiple tasks in their day-to-day activities * Professionalism and integrity consistent with Cresco's core values along with the desire to be the best is imperative * Ability to function well as a team member * Resourceful, well organized, highly dependable, efficient and detail oriented * Develop an understanding of competitor's business models, rental rates and service areas * Working towards increasing Cresco's underutilized fleet * Clean DMV & Insurable Join us as an Outside Sales Associate where your skills will contribute significantly to our growth while providing you with opportunities for professional development.
