The Event Sales Manager for Zuma & Etaru is responsible for booking, planning, and executing private events across both brands while driving revenue, maintaining strong client relationships, and ensuring exceptional guest experiences. This role requires a seasoned professional with proven experience managing event sales in fast-paced, seasonal markets. The Event Sales Manager will oversee the full event lifecycle, from lead generation and client consultation through execution and final billing, while working closely with culinary, operations, and leadership teams across both concepts. Zuma is a contemporary Japanese restaurant collection, inspired by the dynamic Izakaya dining style.
