You'll be the first point of contact after fires, floods, or natural disasters, helping families and businesses take their first steps toward recovery. This is face-to-face, field-based, emotionally charged outside sales role that actually matters. Serving people in their time of need while building a high- reward career. Outside Sales Representative $60.000 - $70,000 per year + commission on every closed lead. What You 'll Do * Respond quickly to emergency property losses--often within hours. * Meet property owners on-site, assess their needs, and guide them toward solutions, generating revenue opportunities. * Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner. * Build trust rapidly and secure work authorizations in high-stress situations. * Volunteer non-operational time to related community events. * Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources, providing top-notch care to customers after traumatic events. * Work closely with owners, adjusters, project managers, first responders and community leaders. * Partner with internal teams to ensure promises made are promises kept. * On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled * Achieve and remain current in required certifications * Earn uncapped bonuses on top of your base salary for every signed job.
