At iSP, our employees and customers come first. We currently operate in Massachusetts and are continuing to expand our presence in the state. To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to help lead and grow our Massachusetts sales operations while working company-provided leads. This role is ideal for a seasoned solar sales professional who understands how to manage a territory, convert qualified opportunities, collaborate closely with leadership and the ability to recruit and build out our Massachusetts team. All installations are completed in house through our Connecticut and Hopkinton, Massachusetts warehouse operations. Compensation includes a $50,000 base annual salary + commission from sales and team sales. Role Summary The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales activity across Massachusetts, working company-provided leads and supporting the continued expansion of iSP's existing operations in the state. This role reports directly to the Executive Sales Director and company partners and plays a key role in strengthening iSP's market presence throughout Massachusetts. Key Responsibilities * Manage and grow sales operations across Massachusetts * Track sales and recruiting related KPI 's and performance-based metrics * Create quotas and sales goals with sales leadership * Hold team and individuals accountable to meet quota * Hold team meetings and regular performance check-ins * Work company-provided leads and attend in home and on site appointments * Support expansion efforts within iSP's existing Massachusetts operations * Collaborate closely with the Executive Sales Director and company partners * Maintain strong knowledge of iSP products, systems, and installation capabilities * Represent iSP professionally in the field and in leadership meetings * Travel throughout Massachusetts for appointments and meetings * Occasional travel to Connecticut for meetings at the corporate headquarters * Support communication and coordination between sales and operations teams * Lead, lead generation efforts including door-to-door sales Qualifications * 1+ Years Proven experience in solar sales is required * Territory management or sales leadership experience preferred * Strong understanding of residential solar sales processes * Ability to work independently while remaining aligned with leadership * Strong communication, organization, and relationship building skills] * Comfortable in a fast paced, growth oriented environment * Valid driver's license and willingness to travel Schedule and Location * Full time position * Primary territory is Massachusetts * Based near the Hopkinton, Massachusetts warehouse * Hold meetings at Hopkinton Massachusetts warehouse location * Travel required throughout the territory and occasional travel to Connecticut Why Work With Us?
