Braman Miami is actively looking to add Pre-Owned Sales Advisors to our growing team! You will work closely with customers to understand their needs, provide product knowledge, and ensure a smooth sales process. Your goal is to create a positive buying experience and build long-term customer relationships. Come Grow with us! Braman Rolls-Royce, Bentley, BMW, Mini, Bugatti, Cadillac, Genesis, Hyundai Responsibilities Include: * Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. * Understand and present detailed information about pre-owned vehicles to customers. * Guide customers through the entire sales process, from initial contact to finalizing the purchase. * Conduct test drives and vehicle demonstrations. * Negotiate pricing and financing options with customers. * Maintain knowledge of current inventory and market trends. * Follow up with potential customers and existing clients to build and maintain relationships. * Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals. * Ensure all paperwork and documentation are completed accurately and in a timely manner. * Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale. Qualifications: * Previous automotive sales experience preferred but not required. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * Ability to build rapport with customers and understand their needs. * Excellent negotiation and closing skills. * Self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. * Ability to work in a fast-paced and competitive environment. * Proficient in using computer systems and CRM software. * Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
