Now we're searching for a Broker-in-Charge (BIC) for our Charlotte office who sees leadership as a calling, not a title. You'll be expected to: * Grow advisor performance through training, coaching, and systems * Influence and ensure agent mastery of rules and regs of North and South Carolina licensing laws * Strengthen culture and consistency across service, professionalism, and compliance * Co-create strategies with our leadership team to elevate Charlotte into a flagship market Your impact will be measurable, supported, and celebrated. Your Responsibilities (Leadership First, Admin Second) Leadership & Development * Mentor, coach, and develop advisors to elevate skills, professionalism, and ultimately sales results * Lead training programs focused on production, contracts, sales discipline, and growth * Set expectations, hold standards, and maintain a culture of excellence * Be accessible, engaged, and connected to the advisors you serve daily Operational Leadership * Oversee compliance with state and commission rules * Maintain accurate transaction files, contracts, and documentation * Partner with support staff and leadership to improve systems, communication, and agent experience * Contribute to strategic planning, growth initiatives, and leadership meetings as needed Who Thrives Here This is ideal for a leader who is: * NC and SC real estate licensed and BIC/BIC-eligible * Experienced in growing teams, offices, or agent performance * Obsessed with coaching, problem-solving, and developing people * A strong communicator who brings clarity, direction, and inspiration * Entrepreneurial and energized by building something meaningful * Committed to integrity, world-class service, and high standards If you've ever said, "Give me a team, give me a mission, and watch what I can build," this is your role. Skills * Proven expertise in negotiation techniques that secure optimal outcomes for clients and the office. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to articulate ideas clearly and build rapport with your team (agents) * Deep understanding of real estate law, Fair Housing regulations, and ethical standards governing property transactions. * Exceptional organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently while maintaining attention to detail. * Customer service-oriented mindset focused on delivering positive experiences for agents at every touchpoint. * Familiarity with sales strategies that drive business growth and agent productivity.
