*MUST HAVE WHOLESALE REAL ESTATE DISPO EXPERIENCE Dispositions Representative (Wholesale Real Estate) DreamStone Properties - South Florida (In-Office) Overview DreamStone Properties is hiring an experienced Wholesale Dispositions Representative to sell off-market deals to active real estate investors. This role is for a proven closer who knows how to create urgency, negotiate confidently, and maximize assignment fees. We consistently generate deal flow -- the inventory is here. What we're looking for is someone who can move deals at top dollar , manage buyer relationships, and protect margins. This is a results-driven sales role with a strong base salary, deal- level commissions, and performance bonuses , built to keep you paid while you build momentum. Compensation * $5,000/month base salary * + Commission paid on every deal you close * Uncapped earning potential for top performers What You 'll Be Doing * Market off-market wholesale deals to active cash buyers and investors * Call, text, and follow up with buyer lists daily to create competition and urgency * Negotiate assignment fees to maximize deal value * Manage deals from contract received through assignment * Build and maintain strong relationships with repeat buyers * Accurately track buyer communication, deal status, and notes in the CRM * Push buyers to perform and meet timelines * Collaborate closely with Acquisitions and Transactions teams to keep deals moving * Identify buyer feedback and pricing trends to help improve deal flow and underwriting * Ensure clean, complete handoff of sold deals to the Transactions team What We 're Looking For: Required * MUST HAVE prior experience as a Dispositions Representative in wholesale real estate * Proven track record of selling off-market deals to investors * Strong negotiation skills and confidence handling price objections * Ability to create urgency and competition among buyers * Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with follow-up * Coachable, competitive, and results-driven mindset Preferred * Existing investor buyer relationships * Experience selling in high-volume wholesale environments * Familiarity with CRM systems and pipeline management Schedule & Location * In-office role (South Florida) * Monday -Friday, 9:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m. * Full-time availability required What We Offer * $5,000/month base + commission + bonuses * Consistent deal flow and inventory * Direct access to leadership and decision-makers * Sales training, negotiation coaching, and systems support * Competitive office culture with room to grow into senior or leadership roles * Stability with real upside for proven closers Bottom Line If you've already sold wholesale deals, know how to push buyers, and want a stable base with serious upside , this role is built for you.
