Location: In-office (Tampa) Reports to: Director of Sales On-Target Earnings (OTE): $65,000 base ($125K OTE With Uncapped Commission) Type: Full-Time, Exempt Position Summary We're seeking a driven, self-motivated Inside Sales Account Executive to drive sales growth through high-volume activity, exceptional responsiveness, and consultative selling. This role requires a competitive mindset, strong communication skills, and a relentless focus on closing business while building lasting client relationships. This role focuses on consultative selling to small business owners through a structured outbound and inbound sales process. Key Responsibilities: * Proactively hunt for new business through outbound calls, emails, and strategic outreach * Handle inbound leads and customer requests with urgency and professionalism * Maintain a high level of daily outbound and inbound call activity * Manage opportunities from initial contact through close * Consistently follow up to close open opportunities and move deals forward * Build long-term relationships with existing clients * Maintain accurate CRM pipeline and forecasting data * Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets * Maintain consistent daily sales activity and fast response times * Demonstrate strong attention to detail from qualification through closing * Contribute positively to team effectiveness and collaborative performance What We 're Looking For: * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Competitive, goal-oriented mindset with a drive to win * Tenacious work ethic and eagerness to learn the tax-credit industry * Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup environment * Strong attention to detail and disciplined follow-through * Experience with HubSpot is a plus * Comfortable working in an in-office, performance-driven environment with clear goals and accountability Success Metrics: * Consistent quota attainment * High quote-to-close conversion rate * Fast response times and disciplined follow-up * Reliable activity and opportunity flow in CRM * Positive impact on team performance Additional Information This job description outlines the primary responsibilities and expectations of the role but is not intended to be exhaustive.
