We are seeking dedicated individuals who enjoy a fast paced environment and can deliver extraordinary, high quality customer service to our clientele. Subaru of Pembroke Pines , a dealership in the C raig Zinn Automotive group , is looking for a BDC (Business Development Center) Agent to join their team. The BDC Agent is primarily responsible for answering all incoming sales phone calls, generating sales appointments, following-up on customer leads, and other related duties. What we offer:

Requirements

:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Previous sales or call center experience required
• Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) preferred
• Ability to thrive in a fast paced, high transactional sales environment
• Ability to proficiently communicate and build rapport over the phone
• Great information gathering and monitoring skills, and attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to follow-through
• Self motivated with a strong desire to succeed
• Basic knowledge or ability to use internet software and inventory software
• Professional appearance and good work ethics
• Must pass criminal background check and drug test
