About the Role Hung Phat USA is seeking a motivated, customer-focused Luxury Sales Associate to join our growing team. You'll guide clients through personalized fine- jewelry shopping experiences, build long-term relationships, and help customers create meaningful moments with diamonds, gold, and custom fine jewelry. No prior sales experience required! We provide complete, hands-on training to ensure you succeed in luxury jewelry sales. This is an entry-level role with opportunities for promotion and long-term career advancement. Key Responsibilities * Provide warm, personalized customer service to every guest. * Build strong client relationships and maintain long-term communication. * Learn and present product details about diamonds, gold, gemstones, and fine jewelry. * Assist clients in selecting pieces that match their style, budget, and occasion. * Maintain a polished showroom and uphold brand presentation standards. * Process transactions accurately and handle POS and financing options. * Contribute ideas to enhance client experience and store performance. * Participate in hands-on training and product education workshops. * Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales goals. Qualifications * No sales experience required -- full training is provided. * Friendly, professional, and eager to learn. * Strong communication and relationship-building skills. * Interest in diamonds, jewelry, luxury service, or fashion is a plus. * Highly reliable, punctual, and committed to customer satisfaction.
