Responsibilities * Complete the PLACE Launch program * Use PLACE lead generation tools consistently each week * Work closely with buyers to sign agreements and find the right homes * Negotiate offers for both buyers and sellers with confidence * Keep track of your tasks and activities using PLACE Technology * Host two open houses every month * Turn your prospecting and lead generation efforts into appointments * Join in weekly script practice sessions with the team * Get involved in team activities and support your colleagues * Commit to weekly one-on-one coaching, training sessions, and Partner Calls * Guide sellers through the listing process and help market their homes * Share your knowledge on pricing, staging, and other listing essentials Qualifications You are an intrinsically motivated sales professional with a competitive spirit. You are excellent at building rapport, listening to the needs of others and identifying solutions. Prospecting and lead generation are your strength zones. Overcoming objections comes naturally.
