We are one of the top Countertop fabricator / installer in Atlanta and had been serving this region for over 20 years. We are looking for a result-driven retail Sales Associate to be responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales. Sales Associate duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. You should be able to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure maximum client satisfaction. To be successful as a Sales associate, you should stay up-to-date with product features and continue to place bidding to the construction field in a professional manner. Ultimately, the duties of a sales associate are to achieve excellent customer service, while consistently meeting the store's sales goals. Skills & Experience * Must be self motivated and sales driven * Able to read the floor plan and provide estimates to the customers * Able to field measure, provide quotes and complete the project. * 3+ years of kitchen and bath related experience required * Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English fluency required * Excellent Client service skill * Excellent computer skills - MS suite * Attention to detail and an ability to incorporate physical site logistics into design considerations * Compensation & Benefits * Starting $30,000 ~ $100,000 + * $30,000 base salary plus commission can add up to$100,000 a year. * Eligible to participate in group health insurance plans after 90 days full-time employment * 401(K) with company match after 12 months employment * Paid Time Off (PTO) from first day of employment Schedule * M-F 8:30-4:30 * Sat: Rotation Shift
