Branch Manager - Staffing & Sales Location: Miami, FL Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Employment Type: Full-Time Compensation * Base Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 * Higher Base: $85,000 - $100,000+ (strong book of business / proven branch performance) * Commission & Bonuses: $15,000 - $40,000+ annually * OTE: $80,000 - $120,000+ * uncapped commission Position Overview We are hiring a Branch Manager - Staffing & Sales to lead and grow our Miami operation. This role is responsible for sales growth, recruiter leadership, client retention, and full branch performance (P&L). Ideal candidates bring staffing leadership experience and the ability to drive both new business and operational results. Key Responsibilities * Develop new client accounts and grow existing relationships * Lead, manage, and coach recruiting and operations teams * Own branch P&L, margins, and KPIs * Drive client retention, growth, and service quality * Hire, train, and performance-manage branch staff Qualifications * Staffing industry experience required * Background in light industrial, logistics, construction, hospitality, or healthcare staffing preferred * Bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred * Proven ability to open new accounts and manage recruiters * Experience scaling or managing a staffing branch * Strong Miami-area client and business network preferred What Increases Earning Potential * Existing book of business * Proven monthly gross margins * Experience growing a profitable branch * Strong local market relationships Why Join Us * Competitive base + commission structure * High earning potential with growth upside * Long-term career advancement opportunities Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year Benefits: * Health insurance * Paid time off Work Location: In person
