Automotive BDC Representative Volvo Cars North Miami is a family-owned, located in Miami and serving all Florida. We are known for our exceptional customer service and are looking for profesional, hardworking individuals to join our growing business. We are hiring an experienced BDC Representative Job Description: BDC Representatives will be responsible for handling all internet leads, as well as confirming sales appointments and performing long-term follow-up on all unsold customers. BDC Representatives will strive to generate repeat business by reaching out to current customers and ensuring complete satisfaction in ownership, as well as in marketing efforts by accurately obtaining and logging customer sources. Job Responsibilities: * Manage Internet sales leads generated online, respond to inquiries in a timely fashion and assist customers in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses. * Communicate effectively with internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication (phone, text message, email or in person) * Must be very organized, having the ability to monitor all internet sales leads and maintain detailed customer files. * Effectively collect customer data and input into our CRM * Schedule appointments with interested buyers for test drives and delivery of vehicles. * Become knowledgeable and proficient in teaching all high tech features of our vehicles for sale. Learn to perform all other steps of the sales process in accordance with company standards. Job Requirements: * Previous call center and/or BDC experience is a must (minimum 2 Years) Automotive knowledge is a plus. * Possess good grammar and written communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers. Bilingual is a plus. * Automotive Sales experience is a plus, but not required * Requires strong communication skills in order to work most effectively with customers * Must be Internet savvy, have good computer skills and excellent organizational skills to help keep track of all sales leads * Excellent follow through and follow up skills.
