Summary We are seeking a motivated Sales Representative to join our dynamic team at Floors by Angie. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving sales and expanding our customer base. This position offers an exciting opportunity to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities * Meet pre-qualified, future customers at their homes (Business to Consumer only) * Show samples of flooring, measure and diagram floorplans * Conduct product demonstrations to showcase our flooring solutions. * Collaborate with sales manager to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. * Meet or exceed sales targets while providing good paperwork and accurate measurements Requirements * Proven experience in sales is required. This is a non-negotiable. * The ideal candidate will be emotionally intelligent and inspirational/motivational * Ability to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. * If you are afraid of a commission-only position, this may not be the role for you * This is a road-warrior position, and our reps travel a 1-1.5 hr radius from Appleton * We offer paid training, though the ideal candidate will have financial padding to ramp up to the 6 figure pace within 2 months Are you ready to take your career to the next level?
