As an Agency Manager, you'll oversee business growth, recruiting, team development, and customer success across auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. You'll work closely with district leadership to build a high- performing team and ensure operational excellence all while enjoying the flexibility to serve your clients through a broad range of insurance solutions. * The Opportunity: * Earn new business sale bonuses up to 360% of new business sales in your first year, with quarterly and annual incentives that continue beyond. * Receive up to $500 per month in marketing assistance. * Sell personal lines insurance with the ability to broker business to carriers outside of Farmers Insurance for both commercial and personal lines * Participate in a 3-week virtual training program through the award-winning University of Farmers. * Gain hands-on mentorship from a 3-time Presidents Council, 9-time Topper Club District Office. * Get free training and licensing support for you and your team. * Qualify for performance-based trips and recognition programs. * Earn a $5,000 sign-on bonus and $6,000 in signage assistance * Veterans may qualify for an additional $6,000 bonus.
