Job Summary
Hausscape is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to generate new business and close high-value opportunities across our curated collection of luxury architectural and design products. This is a full-cycle, in-person sales role ideal for a confident, high-energy closer who thrives on building relationships, attracting clients, and converting interest into signed business. The role requires both lead generation and strong closing ability within a design-forward, premium environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively generate new leads through networking, referrals, outreach, and showroom engagement
- Sell Hausscape's portfolio of premium architectural and design products and services
- Engage clients, designers, architects, and developers with confidence and professionalism
- Guide customers through the full sales process, from first interaction to close
- Conduct in-person client meetings at the Design District showroom
- Follow up consistently on all opportunities with structured cadence
- Handle objections related to pricing, scope, and timing
- Maintain a clean, accurate sales pipeline and forecasting
- Represent the Hausscape brand with enthusiasm, polish, and authority
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets Required Experience & Profile
- Proven experience in high-ticket, consultative sales
- Track record of generating leads and closing deals, not just presenting products
- Background in luxury, design, architecture, construction, or real estate preferred
- Demonstrated success selling in the $50k-$500k+ range
- Strong closing instincts with comfort asking for commitment
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Confident presence and ability to engage a discerning clientele
- Self-motivated, high-energy, and results-driven
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and follow-up process
- Familiarity with the Miami, FL Interior Design proffesional community. This role is not suited for candidates seeking passive sales, order-taking, or design-only responsibilities. Performance Metrics (KPIs) Success in this role will be measured by:
- Quote-to-close ratio: Target 15-25%
- New opportunities generated per month
- Monthly and quarterly revenue closed
- Follow-up compliance on all active opportunities
- Reduction in stalled or lost deals
- Time-to-close improvement
- Pipeline accuracy and forecasting reliability
Work Environment
- Full-time, in-person role
- Based at Hausscape's Design District showroom
