Job Description We are a fast-growing beauty company seeking a motivated Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across brick-and-mortar retail, e-commerce, and online marketplace channels. This role is focused on developing new accounts, growing existing partnerships, and supporting sales initiatives in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is a proactive, self-starting salesperson with experience selling into department stores and online retailers, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple sales initiatives at once. Key Responsibilities * Develop and grow sales across brick-and-mortar retail , online retailers , and marketplace channels * Prospect and reach out to new retail and online accounts to expand brand distribution * Manage relationships with buyers and retail partners through direct email and ongoing communication * Support account growth by identifying new opportunities, promotions, and expansion strategies * Assist with onboarding new retail and online accounts * Collaborate with internal teams to support product launches and sales initiatives * Maintain organized sales records, communications, and basic performance tracking * Handle account-related inquiries professionally through online portals and company email * Manage multiple sales projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines Qualifications & Skills * Proven sales experience, preferably within beauty, consumer products, or retail * Experience selling to brick-and-mortar retailers (department stores preferred) * Experience working with online retailers and marketplace channels * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Comfortable prospecting and building new accounts * Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel for basic tracking and reporting * Self-starter mentality with a strong drive to grow revenue Work Schedule * Monday - Friday * 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Location Current Office: 2575 SW 32nd Ave. Pembroke Park, FL 33023 Future Office (moving March): 5820 NW 163rd St Miami Lakes, FL 33014 This is an in-person position. Candidates must be comfortable commuting to both locations during the transition. Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
