As a Licensed Sales Professional, you will be responsible for selling Allstate's insurance products and services while providing exceptional customer service. Qualifications: * Licensing Requirements: Must be licensed in Property & Casualty, or be willing to obtain a license upon hire. * Proven experience in a sales environment, preferably in insurance or financial services. * Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively present products and services. * Highly self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. * Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and building long-term relationships. * Ability to manage time effectively and meet sales goals.
