Tint world Fremont is now hiring for Sales Associates/ Sales Manager. We are Northern Californias #1 Automotive Styling Center! We specialize in Auto Tinting, Paint Protection Film, Ceramic Coating, Detailing, Car Audio, Car Security, Car Alarms, Wheels and Tires, Suspension Mods, Custom lighting, Radar Sensors, Custom Upholstery and interior, and so much more! Once again, we are Bay Areas top auto-customization shop! Position requires at least 3 years of Automotive shop and store management experience, staffing, and operations. General Responsibilities: - Greet customers and provide excellent customer service - Assist customers in finding and selecting products - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales - Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits - Process transactions accurately and efficiently - Handle cash and credit card payments - Maintain a clean and organized sales floor - Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed - Inventory and managing staff - Operating to the highest standard of global franchise in terms of sales, service, delivery. Requirements: - Excellent customer service skills - Previous sales experience in automotive service industry 3-5 years in sales and management. - Basic math skills for handling cash transactions - Ability to speak multiple languages, including Spanish, is a plus - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills Please note that this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
