We're GlassCast Media, a fast-growing digital out-of-home advertising company. We install premium digital screens inside storefront windows and handle all ads, content, install, and support. The business pays nothing and gets paid monthly. Your job is simple, walk into local businesses and get the agreement signed. This is in-person, commission-based field work in Miami. No cold calling. No desk job. No remote work. What you'll be doing: Walking into bodegas, corner stores, salons, barbershops, smoke shops, cafes, and similar storefronts Explaining a very simple value proposition Getting a short agreement signed on the spot Compensation: $100 per signed location Top reps close 8 to 10 deals per day Bonuses available at higher volume What makes this easy: The screen is free We handle install, content, ads, and maintenance The business gets paid monthly The pitch is yes or no, no long sales cycle Requirements: Comfortable talking to business owners face-to-face Able to walk 5 to 8 miles per day Smartphone required Miami local only English required, Spanish is a big plus Not a fit if: You want hourly pay You want remote work You are uncomfortable walking into businesses You need hand-holding or micromanagement This is performance work. If you move fast and talk well, you make real money. If you hesitate, this will chew you up and spit you out.
