Position Overview We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and more. Key Responsibilities * Produce Outbound calls to leads provided * Assist clients with insurance policy questions, and general support * Provide accurate information on coverage options and agency services * Process customer requests and maintain accurate records * Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations * Uphold Allstate's standards for customer care and integrity Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent (College education a plus) * Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment * Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software * Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required * Must be detail-oriented and customer-first minded What We Offer * Base Salary: $60,000 per year * Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM schedule (No weekends!) * Paid time off and holidays * Supportive, team-oriented environment * Growth opportunities within the agency * Ongoing training and professional development Huerta's Insurance, LLC (Allstate) is an equal opportunity employer.
