Overview

We're looking for a reliable and enthusiastic Sales Representative to join our growing team. As the first point of contact for our valued clients, you'll play a vital role in ensuring a positive customer experience and more.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce Outbound calls to leads provided
• Assist clients with insurance policy questions, and general support
• Provide accurate information on coverage options and agency services
• Process customer requests and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent service and smooth operations
• Uphold Allstate's standards for customer care and integrity

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (College education a plus)
• Prior experience in customer service, insurance, or a related field preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with office software
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required
• Must be detail-oriented and customer-first minded What We Offer
