Job Title: Sales Consultant - Used Vehicles Reports To: Sales Manager, GSM, COO Job Status: Full-time, Exempt Department: Sales Job Summary: As a Sales Consultant for Used Vehicles at Bomnin Automotive, you will play a pivotal role in helping customers find the ideal pre-owned vehicle that suits their needs and budget. Your primary responsibilities include engaging with customers, showcasing our used vehicle inventory, guiding them through the sales process, and ensuring a positive buying experience. Key Responsibilities: Customer Engagement: * Warmly greet customers as they enter the dealership. * Establish rapport and actively listen to understand customers' vehicle requirements and preferences. * Provide detailed information on available used vehicle models, features, and conditions. * Conduct test drives and demonstrate vehicle capabilities. * Address customer questions and concerns effectively. Sales Process: * Guide customers through the entire sales process, from vehicle selection to financing options. * Collaborate with sales managers to negotiate terms and conditions that align with customer and dealership expectations. * Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and documentation. * Ensure accurate recording of customer information and sales activities in the dealership's customer management system. Customer Satisfaction: * Follow up with customers to ensure their satisfaction with their used vehicle purchase. * Address any post-sale inquiries or issues professionally and promptly. * Foster long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals. Sales Targets: * Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets set by the dealership. * Pursue personal and professional growth by participating in training and development opportunities. Compliance: * Adhere to all dealership policies, procedures, and compliance standards. * Maintain the highest level of ethics and integrity in all sales interactions.
