As an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate, you'll represent one of the nation's top telecommunications providers by engaging directly with customers in their neighborhoods to provide wireless and internet solutions that match their lifestyle needs. What You 'll Do as an Entry Level AT&T Sales Associate: * Work face-to-face with customers at their residences to promote AT&T wireless, internet, and home service plans * Educate customers on available packages, promotions, and upgrades tailored to their needs * Walk customers through enrollment, activation, and basic service support * Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and completed enrollments * Collaborate with your team and manager to hit weekly sales goals and improve customer satisfaction * Attend daily meetings and participate in training to stay up to date on product offerings and tools What You Bring to the Role: * Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset * A passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced sales environment * Positive attitude, accountability, and motivation to exceed expectations * Ability to work Monday-Saturday in person (travel to assigned territories required) * High school diploma or equivalent (required) * Previous experience in sales, customer service, or retail is helpful but not required Job Details & Transparency: * Job Type: Full-Time * Compensation: Commission-only * Pay Structure: $100+ per completed customer enrollment * Average Weekly Earnings: $800-$1,350 based on individual performance * Schedule: Monday-Saturday (full-time availability required) * Work Environment: In-person, residential outreach within the greater Plantation, FL area * Training: 2-week hands-on training provided * Products Sold: Internet, wireless, and home service plans through a major telecommunications provider Job Type: Full-time Pay: $48,000.00 - $64,000.00 per year Work Location: In person
