Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Person specializing in Landscape and Snow services to join our team. This role involves developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence through strategic sales initiatives. The ideal candidate will possess strong outside sales experience, excellent negotiation skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in driving revenue growth by leveraging your expertise in B2B sales, territory management, and product demonstrations within the landscape and snow industry sectors. Duties * Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target new clients and expand existing accounts within designated territories. * Conduct cold calls, lead generation activities, and outreach efforts to identify potential customers and business opportunities. * Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including product demos and upselling additional services. * Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective account management and personalized customer service. * Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track sales activities, manage customer data, and analyze sales performance metrics. * Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support territory growth and brand awareness. * Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients to maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction. * Provide technical sales support by explaining product features, benefits, and solutions tailored to client needs. * Conduct territory management by planning visits, scheduling meetings, and ensuring consistent coverage of assigned regions. * Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities for growth. Qualifications * Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or territory management within landscaping, snow removal services, or related industries. * Strong knowledge of CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for lead tracking and analysis. * Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively. * Demonstrated ability in business development, account management, and customer relationship building. * Familiarity with marketing strategies, product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales approaches. * Exceptional communication skills--both verbal and written--with the ability to deliver compelling presentations. * Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills for territory planning and management. * Technical aptitude related to landscaping or snow removal products/services is a plus. * A proactive attitude with a focus on achieving sales targets through analysis skills and strategic planning.
