Key Responsibilities * Conduct outside sales outreach to generate new leads and grow our customer base. * Assess clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance products and services. * Effectively explain policy options, terms, and benefits to help clients make informed decisions. * Manage benefits administration support and respond to client inquiries and service requests. * Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and renewals. * Monitor market trends and industry regulations to remain a trusted resource. * Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals and uphold client satisfaction standards. Requirements * Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer-facing role preferred. * Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. * Ability to interpret market data and identify sales opportunities. * Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual skills highly valued. * Understanding of sales administration and CRM systems is a plus. * Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain per state requirements). * A passion for helping people and a drive for achieving goals.
