Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outside sales outreach to generate new leads and grow our customer base.
• Assess clients' needs and recommend tailored insurance products and services.
• Effectively explain policy options, terms, and benefits to help clients make informed decisions.
• Manage benefits administration support and respond to client inquiries and service requests.
• Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and renewals.
• Monitor market trends and industry regulations to remain a trusted resource.
• Collaborate with team members to meet monthly goals and uphold client satisfaction standards.

Requirements

• Previous experience in insurance sales or a related customer-facing role preferred.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to interpret market data and identify sales opportunities.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or multilingual skills highly valued.
• Understanding of sales administration and CRM systems is a plus.
• Valid insurance license (or ability to obtain per state requirements).
