Duties * Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients through outside sales efforts. * Conduct thorough needs analysis to recommend appropriate insurance products and services. * Communicate effectively with clients to explain policy options and benefits. * Negotiate terms and conditions of insurance contracts to ensure client satisfaction. * Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the sales administration system. * Collaborate with team members to enhance overall service delivery and client experience. * Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to provide informed recommendations. * Provide ongoing support for benefits administration as needed. Experience * Proven experience in insurance sales or related fields such as retail sales or outside sales is preferred. * Strong analytical skills to assess client needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele * Demonstrated ability to negotiate effectively and close sales deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
