A valid Texas Real Estate License is mandatory. This commission-based position is open exclusively to licensed agents. Responsibilities * Collaborate with the leading sales agent to assist clients in finding their ideal homes. * Conduct home showings for buyers throughout the DFW region and nearby areas. * Facilitate access for inspections and various meetings as required. * Deliver comprehensive written feedback to help clients adjust their home search criteria. * Draft and negotiate offers representing the sales agent and clients. * Engage in team events and activities. * Dedicate time to weekly training sessions and Partner Calls. * Monitor and record tasks and activities using our PLACE Technology platform. Qualifications * Enjoys interacting with people and excels at building and sustaining professional relationships * Possesses a positive and cheerful demeanor * Comfortable with spending significant time driving * Skilled at assessing clients' needs and preferences to find suitable homes * Eager to learn and grow * Driven and has a track record of success * High school diploma required * Must hold a real estate license * Proficient in contract writing and attentive to details * Outstanding customer service abilities * Must possess a keycard * Punctuality is essential * Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously About-our-team Amy Downs Team has maintained a position in the top 1% of Realtors nationwide for over two decades.
