Job overview Are you early in your sales career and looking to build real-world experience in B2B technology sales? We're looking for a Business Development Representative to help grow our client base and drive new recurring revenue. This role is perfect for someone who is competitive, curious, and motivated to learn -- with clear expectations, strong support, and real earning upside. What You 'll Do * Prospect and engage new businesses * Have discovery conversations with decision-makers * Sell managed IT services that help businesses run better and more securely * Close new client agreements and contribute directly to company growth * Work alongside experienced IT service professionals What We 're Looking For * Strong communication skills and confidence talking with people * Motivation to hit goals and grow professionally * Willingness to learn and be coached * Comfort with phone, email, and in-person meetings * Interest in technology and business solutions *No MSP or IT experience required -- we provide training.
