Overview

• Answering incoming calls and providing outstanding customer service
• Directing customers to the appropriate sales representative or department
• Assisting clients with payments and processing transactions accurately
• Conducting follow-up calls to clients as necessary
• Maintaining organized records and documentation
• Collaborating with team members to ensure seamless operations
• Other administrative duties as assigned High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the insurance industry is a plus but not required
• A New York State Property and Casualty insurance license is required. This can be obtained during the course of employment. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $35,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
