Sales Closer-Manager (Sponsorships & Events) Location: Hybrid - Miami, Florida EB5 Investors Magazine is seeking a highly motivated Sales Closer -Manager to join our team in a dual role. This position combines hands-on sales execution with sales team coordination and management. Role

Overview

This role is responsible for actively selling sponsorships, events, and related offerings, while also coordinating and managing a small sales team of approximately 3-4 people. The ideal candidate is both a strong closer and an effective team leader.

Key Responsibilities

• Sell sponsorships, event packages, advertising, and related products to our valued clients.
• Client Interaction: Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals and potential sponsors.
• Communication: Respond to inquiries via calls and emails promptly and professionally.
• Act as a closer and manage the full sales cycle from lead to close
• Coordinate, support, and oversee a sales team of 3-4 team members
• Track performance, follow-ups, and pipeline progress
• Collaborate with marketing and management to meet revenue goals

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in sales roles, including closing deals and management positions
• Proven experience managing or coordinating a sales team
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of results
• Organized, goal-oriented, and results-driven mindset
• Immigration or EB-5 industry knowledge is a plus (not required)
• Language Skills: Native level-Fluent in English both written and spoken; other languages are a plus!
• Organizational Skills: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and computer-savvy, capable of using a CRM efficiently: specially Salesforce and Hubspot. Personal Attributes
