Key Responsibilities

:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective clients in need of MCA or debt relief services
• Close high-volume deals with professionalism and urgency
• Build and manage a pipeline of leads and follow-ups
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and retention
• Stay informed about industry products, trends, and competitor offerings

Requirements

:

• Must be experienced in this industry in order to be considered
• Proven experience as a closer in the MCA or debt relief industry
• Strong outbound calling and phone sales skills
• Results-driven with excellent communication and persuasion skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-oriented mindset
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, commission-heavy environment

Compensation

& Growth:

• Weekly base pay dependent on experience ($75k-120k)
