Sales Manager - Partner & Client Development Location: On-site | Miami, FL Compensation: Base Salary + Commission About the Role We're seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our growing sales team and drive partner and client development in the business lending space. This role is ideal for a motivated, metrics-driven professional who can balance leadership, training, and data-backed decision-making to maximize team performance and company growth. You'll be responsible for managing a team of 8-12 sales professionals, overseeing client acquisition and partnership development, and ensuring consistent achievement of KPIs across calls, emails, and productivity metrics. Key Responsibilities * Lead, motivate, and manage a sales team of 10-15 members to achieve revenue and performance goals. * Develop and execute sales strategies to grow partnerships and acquire new clients. * Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, ensuring they meet company standards and goals. * Monitor daily sales activity metrics (calls, emails, follow-ups) and coach team members for improvement. * Track and analyze sales data, creating detailed performance reports and dashboards for leadership review. * Collaborate with leadership to refine sales processes, incentive programs, and productivity benchmarks. * Foster a high-energy, goal-oriented, and accountable sales culture. * Stay informed on trends in the business lending and B2B markets to inform strategy. Qualifications * 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with 2+ years in a management or leadership role. * Proven experience in business lending or financial services sales. * Strong ability to lead, coach, and inspire a performance-driven team. * Demonstrated success meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. * Excellent communication, analytical, and organizational skills. * Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, on-site team environment.
